I'm new to Winemaking and startedthe process off on Saturday afternoon. All has been well but this morning i noticed that the airlock now is full of Red wine rather that Water. Is this normal? If not what should I do? Keep removing, cleaning and replacing the airlock every time you notice the wine has bubbled up into it. As your initial fermentation slows down this particular problem will go away.
