Ok, recently I placed an order through the online service provided by Plantation House, received notification from the payment system advising that payment was processed and all ok. However I have not received any notification from plantation House in regards to my order.  I have since emailed them and included the payment receipt.   Is this the normal procedure, I have not placed an order before and just want to ensure that all is ok. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Was just curious if you actually got an email from Plantation House re your order, or do you just get the payment notification from their ordering system, as that is all that I received.  If that is all that you get, then all good. You should receive your order anytime now !
